I built VANTAGE for an executive office that had no fast way to see current work and recent developments. Public messages arrived through WhatsApp, while internal teams used separate communication and document systems.
VANTAGE connects source intake, evidence, bilingual preparation, approval, and assigned work in one governed process. No follow-up action or decision record proceeds until a person approves the briefing.
Separate preparation from authority
VANTAGE collects approved evidence and prepares English and Arabic briefings. WhatsApp Business is a public gateway. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 provide approved internal source material.
An AWS environment uses Amazon Bedrock to prepare and organise the briefing material. I selected the governed environment to meet the organisation's security and compliance needs.
VANTAGE prepares decision material but does not make the decision. A visible approval step keeps human authority separate from automated preparation.
Block action until approval
VANTAGE blocks both downstream paths until an authorised person approves the briefing. A prepared summary cannot become permission to act without that approval.
Record actions and decisions separately
After approval, VANTAGE sends assigned follow-up work to Notion. It also stores a separate authoritative decision record. The two records support action and accountability without mixing assigned work with the final decision.
