I built VANTAGE for an executive office that had no fast way to see current work and recent developments. Public messages arrived through WhatsApp, while internal teams used separate communication and document systems. Staff had to assemble the current evidence before leaders could review a decision.
Executive automation must improve preparation without taking authority away from the responsible person. VANTAGE connects source intake, evidence, bilingual preparation, approval, and assigned work in one governed process.
VANTAGE collects approved evidence and prepares English and Arabic briefings. WhatsApp Business provides the public gateway. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 provide approved internal source material.
An AWS environment uses Amazon Bedrock to prepare and organise the briefing material. I selected this environment to meet the organisation's security and compliance needs.
VANTAGE prepares decision material but does not make the decision. A visible approval step keeps human authority separate from automated preparation.
The system blocks follow-up work and the decision record until an authorised person approves the briefing. A prepared summary cannot become permission to act without that approval.
After approval, VANTAGE sends assigned follow-up work to Notion. It also stores a separate authoritative decision record. The records support action and accountability without mixing assigned work with the final decision.
