# ATLAS

**Operations Planning and Coordination**

ATLAS coordinates commitments, risks, dependencies, records, and ownership across a family of operational workflows.

Project family: Operational Command Systems

I built ATLAS for routine operational work and for decisions that affect several teams. The workflows automate suitable steps, show risks and dependencies, notify the responsible people, and record the work.

A commercial commitment can change delivery, capacity, finance, and risk at the same time. ATLAS brings these effects into one decision process before work starts.

## Model the effect of a commitment

ATLAS captures a proposed commitment as a shared input. The relevant workflow connects the commitment to commercial work, delivery scope, capacity, finance, dependencies, and risk.

Each person receives the context required for the next decision or handoff. ATLAS records the work, so teams can return to one reliable history.

## Resolve tradeoffs before approval

ATLAS shows conflicts before they cause missed handoffs. Leaders can compare the customer promise, delivery sequence, capacity, margin, dependencies, and managed risk before they approve a plan.

I designed the workflows for cross-functional reconciliation. ATLAS helps teams solve problems before they approve a plan.

## Record one accountable plan

ATLAS records the approved sequence, owners, delivery path, dependencies, and managed risk in one place. The final record gives each person a plan they can execute.
